Cranfield Aviation Leadership Training Course

The objective of Leadership Training is to improve skills through the better understanding of human behaviour in the daily workplace. This program is specifically designed not only to provide knowledge and skills regarding these factors, but more importantly to motivate leaders or potential leaders in the application of the principles in their everyday environment on a continuous basis.

All factors in this program therefore apply directly to the other functions in the work environment. The principles apply to all aspiring to be successful managers – or hone their existing human behaviour knowledge.

The aim of this program is to provide all delegates with a high level of understanding of these factors, to improve management skills, communication, leadership, situational awareness and decision making, and to provide skills in ‘mind state’ management.
