Commercial Training Program for Airline Personnel and Charter Companies
This three day course covers the main principles and techniques involved in managing the commercial functions in an airline or charter operation.
On completion of this course, delegates will be competent to perform the regular duties within the commercial department of an airline or charter company, and would be equipped to recommend or evaluate possible improvements to a company’s strategy, practices and procedures..
Students attending this course should ideally have experience in an aviation environment.
The course consists of a balanced mix of lectures, case studies, discussion sessions, and team exercises.
