Cranfield Aviation Flight Follower Training Course
Flight Follower’s are required by both 135 and 121 Operators as well as 138 operators. This can be referenced using the CATS and CARS references below.

Course Requirements
Training Requirements for Flight Follower’s (FF’s) include;
- FF’s shall receive training appropriate to their duties
- The Training can be on-the-job training that includes sufficient technical knowledge in the programs described for FOO’s.
- The training must be published in the operator’s Operations Manual
Course Content
The Cranfield FF Course is a 3-day program covering the following modules. (Please note that the subjects covered in this course are similar to those covered in the FOO training, however the material is not covered in as much depth.)
