IIE INTRODUCTION TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT

INTRODUCTION
Successful project implementation and completion cannot be left to chance. Organisations are stricter than ever on effective use of limited resources and therefore project budgeting, planning, implementation and control are essential skills for any individual working with projects.
PROGRAMME CONTENT
The programme topics include the following:
- Introduction to Project Management and Project Lifecycle
- Introduction to Project Integration Management
- Scope and Time Management
- Quality, Cost, Procurement and Risk Management
- Human Resources, Communication and Stakeholder Management
CERTIFICATION
Introduction to Project Management (distance) is a SLP that is certified by The Independent Institute of Education and endorsed by the Chartered Institute of Business Management (CIBM).
Students enrolled in this SLP can apply, on successful completion, for recognition of the learning achieved, for the equivalent module offered on a full time qualification, when registering for any other IIE programmes.
