How to access your new mailbox



  1. Before you access your new mailbox for the first time, you need to change your UKZN password via Password Self-Service
  2. Then, open a browser and go to http://www.outlook.com
  3. Sign in using
    • your new email username: [email protected] (Do you see the ‘my’ that’s been added in to your email address?)
    • and the password that you just changed.
  4. Your mailbox opens.

 

How to pull in your GroupWise (or other) email

  1. From within your mailbox, click Options then select See All Options.
  2. It opens up a new screen. Click Connected Accounts.
  3. A new screen opens. Click New… and type in your old email address ([email protected]) and the password that you just changed.
  4. Click Next and click Finish.
  5. It will begin pulling in your email.

For other S60-based devices, Mail for Exchange can be downloaded and installed on your mobile phone by following these instructions.
