The Healthy Weight Programme is an 8-week, scientific, lifestyle intervention programme. Our team of health professionals, which includes biokineticists and dietitians, will help to empower you through exercise, dietary advice and some sessions on mental wellness. We will help you to develop the skills you need to stay in shape, not just for now, but for the REST OF YOUR LIFE!
