If you would like to check the status of your NSFAS application, please visit the NSFAS website. Click on MyNSFAS account and login with your ID and the password you created during your application.
- If the status of your application is “Provisionally Funded”, please contact the university’s Student Funding office.
- Please contact NSFAS for all other outcomes, as NSFAS is responsible for the application process.

| I | Instructional programme waiting list (selection test required: interview),seehttp://www.cut.ac.za/selectiontests/ |
| K | Not selected for instructional programme: No prerequisite subjects |
| L | Instructional programme waiting list (selection test; no interview), see http://www.cut.ac.za/selectiontests/ |
| N | Instructional programme: No decision – New students |
| O | Instructional programme: No decision – After closing date |
| P | Not selected for instructional programme: Failed final selection |
| Q | Provisional acceptance for instructional programme (new students – ALL campuses) |
| R | Instructional programme: Interview (Marketing) |
