University of Limpopo Senior Management Programme Certificate
Purpose of the Programme
The Turfloop Graduate School of Leadership designed a Senior Management Programme (NQF level 7) to provide training for managers to progress to senior management positions. The programme includes six modules. The senior management programme is a stand-alone qualification or can be used as entry requirement to proceed with our Executive Management Programme. The successful completion of the modules cannot be credited for any of the master’s degrees offered by the Turfloop Graduate School of Leadership.
Admission
The admission requirement is post senior certificate qualification (degree or diploma) and three (3) years management experience in the public or private sector.
Duration
The programme is offered in block periods of four days class attendance (two days every three weeks) for each module. The six modules can be completed over a period of 12 months.
Assessment
Each academic module requires the successful completion of two formative assessments.
