Develop yourself as an individual
As a student, you have access to services such as assessments (OPQ, Leadership 360, etc.), feedback and counselling (based on the assessments), coaching (by available coaches from USB’s MPhil in Management Coaching graduates) and workshops (on personal branding, confidence building, networking, etc.).
Plan and develop your career
Make an appointment for a career planning session. USB can arrange for you to be mentored by an experienced alumnus of the School. Workshops such as the one on Career Conversations are presented as well as lunch-time talks (advice on personal development, coaching, job searches, etc.).
Use career opportunities to your advantage
Our Career Services arranges for companies to visit the USB campus to expose students to potential employers, networking events and the annual USB Career Conference in July. These events appear on the Student Events Calendar as well as the USB Events Calendar on the USB main website.

Career Services is in contact with suitable organisations interested in employing our students. They provide us with vacancies, which are posted on this website.
