Northlink College Bursaries
Eligibility criteria for bursary application:
In order to be eligible to apply for the FET College Bursary, a student must meet the following eligibility criteria:

- Only south African Citizens are eligible for this bursary scheme;

- A student must be registered or intending to register on an NC(V) or Report 191 programme;

- Financially needy students with academic potential;
-
- Evidence of good academic performance should be provided for all Levels.
Minimum required information:
To be deemed acceptable for processing, a student’s application must have the following:

- NC(V) or Report 191 programme and Level registered for;
-
- Personal details (including contact numbers, email addresses, etc.);
-
- Certified Copy of Identity Document;
-
- Applicant’s current home address;
-
- Address while studying;
-
- Postal Address;
-
- Salary and other income information of the parents/guardian on whom the student is dependent;

- Details of next of kin (ID numbers, first names and surname, contact details and student relationship to student);
-
- Details of parent(s) and/or guardian(s) (ID numbers, first names and surname and contact details);
-
- Residential address/addresses of parent(s) and/or guardian(s);

- Parent(s) and/or guardian(s) salary information;
-
- Swom affidavits from parents/guardians if they are unemployed;

- Death certificates if parents/guardians are deceased;

- Number of family members in the household; and
-
- Age and educational status (complete primary, incomplete secondary – Grade level for those still school, complete secondary, diploma/certificate/degree) of members in the household.
