Monash South Africa Library
Monash South Africa Library, The Monash South Africa Library opened in 2001 and consists primarily of a collection of books, multimedia, serials, and online resources. Student prescribed and recommended reading and digitised course materials are readily available to all students.
Monash South Africa Library, Recommended reading materials for courses being studied at undergraduate level are found in the Reserve Collection, which includes print and digitised journals and articles.
Users will also find ready reference and factual information in the library’s Reference and electronic resources/collections. The library’s strong emphasis on electronic resources and services offers students and staff the flexibility to access the library from wherever and whenever they wish.
Most material can be found in the library catalogue. Access conditions and loan periods vary according to the item’s location which is displayed in the catalogue.
Founded by Monash University in 2001, Monash South Africa (MSA) became the first institution in Sub-Saharan Africa to join the Laureate International Universities network in 2013, which has a presence in 25 countries, serving over 1,000,000 students globally across 70 institutions and online.
