IBM Certificate in Public Administration
The Certificate in Public Administration: Level 4 is aiming at producing knowledgeable, multi-skilled workers who are able to contribute to improved productivity and efficiency within the public sector. It should provide the means for current workers to receive recognition of prior learning, to upgrade their skills and achieve a nationally recognised qualification.
The Institute of Business Management of Southern Africa – IBM is an accredited training provider and offers the Certificate in Public Administration as an approved qualification.
Course details
This qualification will help you become a well-qualified, efficient, client-orientated public official who contributes to outstanding service delivery in all the three spheres of government.
It will teach you skills such as identifying and solving problems, communication and administration.
It is a Nationally Recognised Qualification.

No Admission requirements
It is assumed that all learners accessing this qualification are competent in Communication at NQF Level 3, and Mathematical Literacy at NQF level 3.

Certification
Your IBM PSETA Certificate will be issued indicating credits earned and outcomes covered. Credits can be used towards appropriate further study at any accredited training institution in South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland and Lesotho.
