Helderberg Training Centre Admission or entry Requirement
CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS GUIDELINES
The successful candidates must:
- Currently be unemployed / employed
- Reside in the Western Cape for duration of the course (we do not provide accommodation)
- Be South African OR Non South African citizens
Learning assumed to be in place and recognition of prior learning:
- Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 3.
- Communication at NQF Level 3.
- The Unit Standard ID 254222: Demonstrate stress management as a self-help tool at NQF Level 3.
- Computer Literacy at NQF Level 3 is strongly recommended.
Access to this Qualification is open, bearing in mind the conditions of the Learning Assumed to be in Place. It is preferable, however, for the learner to have completed 12 formal years of schooling or equivalent vocational qualifications.
If the learner does not have the level of learning assumed to be in place, then they will be referred to an institution where they can receive the necessary upskilling.
