Dionysus Philosophy

Dionysus is one of the famous Greek Gods. The author Charles Handy used the characteristics of the Greek Gods to symbolise the culture of Management and Organizational Structure in his book “Gods of Management”. Dionysus is the most evolved of the Icons and is preferred by artists and professionals within the existential culture. Individuals who exhibit existential ideology do things because they believe that they are the right things to do. Dionysus subscribes to this philosophy by sharing its expertise with others. Irene saw a need to provide quality education and training and established Dionysus Skills Development Initiative [Pty] Ltd in 2002.
