Diploma: (Diploma)
This programme is designed to develop in participants practical and theoretical understanding of the essential aspects of real estate valuation, management and marketing. The competent graduate will be multi-skilled and able to offer property valuation, property management, property marketing and building practice services.
The Diploma prepares the graduate for a variety of career opportunities as a property professional or valuer in the public or private sector. Graduates may apply for registration with the SA Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP).

Offering Type and Duration
Distance Learning:
Course is offered in distance learning mode, therefore students from across South Africa may apply to register. Study material is available electronically via the CPUT MyClassroom LMS (Learner Management System) platform. Students must have internet access to login. Distance learning students are welcome to attend the block-release sessions in Cape Town (dates to be advised), but this is entirely optional. This course is offered over a 4 year period via distance learning.
Cape Town Campus:
Full-time: Course is offered full-time on the Cape Town Campus, with lectures during the day.
This course is offered full-time over a 3 year period.
