CAO Statement of Application Record
Before the end of May, you will be sent a Statement of Application Record as a final acknowledgement and to enable you to verify that all information has been recorded completely and correctly. You should check the following:

Are all of your course choices shown and in the correct order?

Are all of the course codes correct?

Are the examination numbers correct?

Are all examinations and exemptions mentioned?

Are all personal details correct?
If you have not received the Statement by 1st June, you must contact CAO immediately. Failure to do so may have very serious consequences, e.g. you might not receive an offer.
The Statement of Application Record contains a date stamp to inform you of when the document was printed by CAO; changes that you made to your application after this date will be reflected in your online CAO account. Please log in to your CAO account via the My Application facility to check that all of your updated information is recorded completely and correctly before the Change of Mind closing date of 1st July at 5:15pm.
