History
AGB Mathe Business Services (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2001 and now has developed to a fully accredited skills development company offering quality training and development solutions to a wide range of clients and has established sound relationships with a list of reputable clients.

We are a qualified level 4 Small Enterprise which offers 110% recognition level to clients and are strongly committed to the ideals of South Africa’s Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment. We offer learnerships and skills programmes in New Venture Creation. This qualification is accredited by Services SETA.
People who complete this qualification will be well equipped to run their own businesses from conceptualisation to implementation. We will assist in helping make their ideas come alive and ensure that they create a sustainable business venture.

End User Computing NQF Level 3
Training covers all aspects related to operating a personal computer. If an organisation has a computer lab then training can be conducted at your facilities.
• Early Childhood Development Level 4This qualification is aimed at equipping people who work with children with the necessary knowledge in childcare.
- Preparing of resources and set up the environment to support the development of babies, toddlers and young children.
- Working with families and communities to support Early Childhood Development.
- Supporting children and adults living with HIV and AIDS.
- Managing an Early Childhood Development service.
AGB Training & Projects is currently conducting training in Early Childhood Development for the AIDS foundation of South Africa.
Tradesman consulting and Training Solutions are fully accredited with the Local Government Sector Education and Training Solutions (LGSETA) on Municipal Finance Management Training – Level 6.
Further they have been granted accreditation status on Municipal Finance Management Level 5 and 6 qualifications which have also been sanctioned by the National Treasury to ensure suitability of training providers to training these qualifications. Tradesman consulting and Training Solutions are also registered in the National Treasury Database as one of the very few qualifying providers to offer training in the Municipal Finance Management Programme (MFMP).

We also offer outcomes based assessment training, this training allows you to have in-house assessors.
